A Family Affair: Chapter 1
“This stroke is for baby number one,” Matt groaned as he went deeper into Leah.
“I want twins, Bae,” Leah moaned.
Matt slowly pulled out, then thrust back into her. The warmth surrounding him in conjunction with her desire to carry his babies, filled him with an urgency to release his seed into her. His goal was to give her the babies she desired.
She wrapped her legs around his waist, pulling him deeper into her heat. Her scream vibrated around the room. He loved the way she let it all go. Leah had no inhibitions when it came to lovemaking.
“I hit that spot,” Matt groaned with pride.
“Hell yeah, and don’t you dare stop.”
Matt pumped with a determination to bury all of him inside of her. “Never, baby…I’ll never stop.”
He pulled her hips higher, massaging her thighs as he aimed for her g-spot again and again until he felt her body begin to jerk. Her nails dug into his back as her legs tightened around him. That was his cue. All that he was savoring, building, harvesting inside, burst through.
His loud growl matched her scream as they clung to each other, allowing their bodies to peak at the pinnacle of pleasure. The sensations of their juices merging. His sperm searching for her eggs, ready to bring a few more Lassiters into the world filled Matt with pride. “This is what I want for the rest of my life. You and me together…forever.”
Matt gathered her into his arms then rolled to the side, carrying her with him. The sweat from their bodies glistening as her lips touched his neck.
“You are a freaking tornado,” Leah purred. “You knocked the pillows off the bed.
“They were in the way of my plot.” Matt chuckled.
“What plot?” Leah stretched next to him.
“To make you Mrs. Lassiter.”
“Hmm…” She placed her leg over his.
Matt could feel the juices from their lovemaking against his thigh. That made him smile. “Is that the sound of satisfaction I hear?”
“Damn right,” Leah sighed. “You are living proof that good loving and chivalry don’t just exist in books.”
“You and those Regency books. I told the guys you are the reason they have to wear that ridiculous necktie.”
“You said I could bring my fantasy to life,” Leah giggled as her hand ran down his chest, “You, my Duke of Lassiter, are my dream come true.”
“Good,” Matt pulled her body closer. His lips captured hers with a kiss that sent his body right back to the point of desire. “What’s on the agenda for the day?” He asked while kissing her temple.
“Meeting Mom at the airport and then lunch with her and Carter,” Leah replied as she ran a finger over his chest.
“Does your mother know your brother is joining you?”
Leah sighed. “No. She thinks we are going to talk about the wedding.”
Matt ran his thumb over her shoulder thinking of how to say what needed to be said. “It’s dangerous walking into the unknown. I want you to think about how you would feel if someone set you up in that manner. What would your reaction be?”
“I think it’s going to be a pleasant surprise for her.” She looked up at him. “The tension between them has eased over the years and I’m hoping the wedding will bring them together.”
Those brown eyes with gold flecks shining up at him with a sparkle of excitement, ignited the flame he was attempting to simmer. Matt was about to pull her on top of him when her cellphone sounded. “Ugh….” he groaned.
Leah chuckled then pulled away to reach for her phone. “That’s my mother’s ringtone.”
Matt fell back across the bed as she eased from him.
“Mom.”
There was silence as Matt placed his arm over his face.
“You’re doing what? Now?”
Matt glanced in her direction. She turned to look at him then jumped out of the bed.
“We’ll be there by the time you land.”
Matt watched as Leah ran towards the shower. He checked his phone to see the time. It was 9:20 a.m. Her mother was due to arrive at eleven a.m. at Richmond International Airport. She would be staying until after the wedding. Leah was ecstatic since her father had threatened to do all he could to keep her mother out of Virginia if she embarrassed him by having her brother Carter walk her down the aisle. According to her father, Lyle Saxton, it was his right to be the one to give her away, not her brother or any other man. His concern was with how it would look to his church members and business partners if his only daughter was to deny him his fatherly duties. Not once had he considered his actions towards her since she left his business or the confrontation between him and Matt.
“The jet will be landing within the hour.” Leah rushed out of the bathroom throwing the phone on the bed. “We have to get dressed.”
Matt smiled as Leah rushed over to the closet. Her excitement was contagious. His sister-in-law, Cynthia Thornton-Lassiter, event planner for the stars, as he called her, was coordinating everything. However, with all the drama coming from her father, Matt was relieved to know Leah’s mother would be there for the next month to ease the tension.
“Why are you still laying there? Come on, we have to shower and get dressed,” Leah said again as she came out of the closet.
Her nervousness was showing, but he knew how to handle that little concern. “Right behind you.” Matt threw the sheet aside, stood then strolled confidently butt-naked towards her. “We have just enough time to get one in before we have to leave.”
Leah stopped at his words. “We are about to pick up my mother. We can’t do a quickie right now.”
Matt noted she was saying that as her eyes drifted down to his manhood with her tongue sliding across her lips. He chuckled. “Your mother is going to be here for a month. I’m getting all the cookies I can before she gets here.” He picked her up then carried her into the shower.
“I’ll take another chocolate nugget or two,” she squealed as the bathroom door closed.
