  • This book was off the charts good! This book had me feeling every emotion, laughter, anger, sorrow, and a whole lot of love! As always Iris described each scene and action in such a descriptive way that I could imagine being right there. What a great, reListic story that made wish that I could be a Lassister if only for one day. I thoroughly enjoyed this story and could not put it down! What an awesome read! Kudos Iris for a job well done. Platinum stars to you Iris! You did the damn thing!

  • have just finished Lassiter’sChristmas Iris Bolling Thank You ,Thank You, Thank You. It was such a powerful story as with all of your books so many emotions Laughter, Joy, Pain, Anger, Fear, but most importantly Love, Trust, and Acceptance. As with all of your books I find in your characters stories I can connect them in my life through a friend, a family member, or a situation that I’ve witnessed or been through but I really have to say on a personal level I really identify and connect with Pearl’s. Her feelings about her relationships and what she has been in them up to that point when she meets Dr. Theodore Prentiss. Your stories make me believe my forever Love, soul mate has yet to come but will. Anxiously awaiting your next one.

  • I finished A Lassiter’s Christmas and I loved it. I loved the primary characters and the secondary characters as well. Pearl and Theo were awesome and I loved how Theo stood up to Pearl’s family as well. Theo was just the person for Pearl. I was glad that Pearl finally woke up and realized that Theo was just what he needed. I can’t wait to read about the rest of the Lassiters.

  • I absolutely loved this novel. I was cheering the whole time for Theo, couldn’t stand the arrogance of his mother and wanted Pearl to settle herself long enough to realize there are still some wonderful men left in this world. I was very pleased with the entire book, started it at around 9pm finished at 11:26pm! Well worth the lack of sleep. Keep up the great work Iris!

  • Wonderful!! I loved the dynamics of this Lassiter family, how they all stick together even when they don’t agree, I also loved the chemisty between Pearl and Theo. Just when I thought Iris couldn’t top herself after Trust and Believe, she comes with Sinergy and now A Lassiter Christmas. I don’t think I can take anymore….YES I CAN!!! How about a novella about Joe and Sally. I love the way they are together. And that Phire! I can’t wait until she gets a love interest. Awesome story.

  • Iris Bolling is on my top 5 all-time author’s list. I’ve loved everything she has written and A Lassiter’s Christmas is no exception. As usual what draws me into an Iris Bolling book is the character development and vivid imagery. Instead of reading a book it feels like I am watching the story unfold on the big screen.

I fell in love with Theo really quickly! Putting up with the Lassiter clan is a true testament to a man’s character, tenacity and show of love. Pearl was a piece of work and I could not be more pleased she found her true love. The Lassiter clan is what I imagine every big family must be like during the holidays. The scene where Theo is asked questions by all of the siblings had me laughing out loud; very creative.

There are so many memorable declarations of love in this story I only wish I was as creative in telling Ms Bolling how much I love her artistry. I will just keep telling everyone I know just how amazing her stories are; I can’t keep it to myself.
